Cleanse smoothie for breakfast and dinner and eat Kitchari for lunch

Smoothie Ingredients - Chia, Flax and Sunflower seeds, spinach, blueberries, 2 drops liquid stevia, rice milk, ginger, lemon
Interim Fasting
Spacing out the fasting further and further each day and until by 4th day complete a 24 hour fast
Supplements
Start morning with hot water and lemon followed by taking daily supplements : VIDA GLOW - Marine Collagen Supplements followed by Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Vitamin C and Magnesium
Coffee
Reishi Mushroom and Lionsmane coffee iced with a dash of almond milk
Hydration
3L water per day | Herbal teas – Tulsi tea throughout the day
Meditation
Meditation 20 mins every day with cold showers before starting the day
